This recipe changes the idea of salad with warming it up! I love it! So different! Trust me, sounds weird.. but I tried it .. and I was hooked! It’s crispy and cheesy!
This recipe has that illusion that it isn’t super healthy .. but it’s Romaine salad & it’s not loaded with fats, or sugars from a dressing! The cheese is what makes it that perfect in between! Living but still eating your veggies without over doing it!
Romaine is a good source of vitamins, and antioxidants!
