Equipment
- Instant Pot
Ingredients
- 1 16oz Box of Cavatappi Pasta
- 1 32oz Chicken Broth
- 13oz Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 4oz Cream Cheese
- 1 stick Salted Butter 8 TBSP
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Mix pasta and broth into the Instant Pot.
- Close lid, set vent to closed, set to high pressure for 4 mins.
- Once done, Quick release.
- Add in butter and stir till melted completely.
- Add in cream cheese, stir till completely melted.
- Mix in the spices.
- Add in the cheese, mix and serve!
