This dip can be super simple and a healthier option for a refreshing summer dip.

I absolutely love how simple and refreshing this summer dip is!
This dip can be super simple and a healthier option for a refreshing summer dip.
You can substitute the frozen corn for a can of corn! Of course, it is not as healthy – unless you can find a no sodium option. If you want to be healthier you can substitute the cream cheese for fat free and make your own ranch seasoning dip!
Also you can use small peppers, I have tried this and I used about 6 of them.
I like to use wheat thins! But you could make it healthier with a different kind of cracker or even use other veggies to devour this delicious dip!
You can also add some Jalapenos if you would like a hit of spice!
